Readest is an open-source, modern ebook reader designed for immersive and deep reading experiences. Built as a rewrite of Foliate, it leverages Next.js and Tauri v2 to deliver a smooth, cross-platform experience across desktop, mobile, and web. It supports various formats including EPUB, PDF, MOBI, and Markdown, featuring parallel reading, full-text search, built-in TTS, translation, and seamless synchronization across platforms and Koreader.
