AlphaGenome API, developed by Google DeepMind, is a unifying model designed to decipher the regulatory code within DNA sequences. The model can analyze DNA sequences up to 1 million base pairs in length, providing single base-pair resolution for most outputs. AlphaGenome achieves state-of-the-art performance across various genomic prediction benchmarks, particularly for diverse variant effect prediction tasks. The API also provides access to the pre-computed AlphaGenome Atlas dataset, featuring variant effect scores across the human genome. It's available for free for non-commercial use.
