OpenMontage is the first open-source, agentic video production system that turns your AI coding assistant into a full video production studio. Simply describe your requirements in plain language, and the agent handles research, scripting, asset generation, editing, and final composition. It supports generating grounded plans from reference videos (YouTube/TikTok) and features dual rendering engines: Remotion (React-based) and HyperFrames (HTML/GSAP-based). OpenMontage supports completely free, local-first workflows using tools like Piper TTS and open archival footage, as well as premium AI APIs.
